Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Green Bee Games LLC (“Green Bee Games,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of Age of Aterra and our related websites and services (together, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or playing Age of Aterra, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to play Age of Aterra. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

Your Account

You may create an account or link it using a supported sign-in provider (Google, Apple, or Discord). You agree to:

• Keep your sign-in credentials and linked providers secure
• Not share, sell, transfer, or buy accounts
• Accept responsibility for activity that happens on your account

You can delete your account at any time from our account deletion page.

License to Play

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including the game client, artwork, music, characters, and lore — belong to Green Bee Games or its licensors. Except for this license, no rights in the Service are granted to you.

Virtual Goods and Purchases

The Service includes virtual currency and virtual items. These exist only within the game, have no real-world value, and cannot be redeemed for money or transferred outside the game. We may modify, rebalance, or discontinue virtual goods as part of operating and evolving the game.

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their payment terms, and prices may change at any time. Except where required by law or by the platform’s refund policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Rules of Conduct

To keep Age of Aterra fair and welcoming, you agree not to:

• Cheat — including using bots, automation, exploits, unauthorized third-party software, or modified clients
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players, or post content in chat that is hateful, obscene, or unlawful
• Impersonate other players or Green Bee Games staff
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, or interfere with its servers or security
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose, including selling accounts, virtual goods, or in-game services for real money

User Content

You are responsible for the content you create in the Service, such as your player name and chat messages. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it as part of operating the Service. We may remove content or restrict chat access at our discretion, including content that violates these Terms.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in cheating or abuse, or if required by law. If your account is terminated for a violation, you will not be entitled to a refund for unused virtual goods. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via our account deletion page.

Changes to the Game and These Terms

Age of Aterra is a live game: content, features, and balance change over time, and we may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We may also revise these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the game or this page before they take effect, and your continued play after that constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Bee Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose or one hundred US dollars.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Green Bee Games LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
