Support

The fastest way to get help with Age of Aterra is our Discord. Most questions are already answered in #faq. If yours isn’t, #support links to our support request form.

Your Support ID

The support request form in #support asks whether you can get into your account. If you can, it asks for your Support ID: in the game, go to Settings, tap Customer Support, then Copy Support ID. Copy it right before you send your request, since it expires after a day. If you can’t get into your account, choose that option and we’ll help you from there.

Email Us

Can’t use Discord? Email support@greenbee.games and include:

• Your Support ID, copied right before you send (see above), or a note that you can’t get into your account
• Your in-game name and realm
• Your device and operating system
• What happened, and screenshots if you have them

Report a Player

To report abusive chat or behavior, use the support request form in #support or email us with the player’s name, what they said or did, and when. We review reports and act on violations of our Terms of Service.

Your Account and Data

To delete your account and its data, use the account deletion page. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
