Delete Your Account

Request deletion of your Age of Aterra account and all of its data, on every realm.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account and linked sign-ins (Apple, Google or Discord)
• Your player profile, progress, inventory and purchases on every realm
• Your chat messages and guild membership

We keep purchase records as required for tax and legal compliance, and anonymized analytics that can’t be linked to you.

Deletion is completed within 90 days of confirmation and can’t be undone.

Include your Support ID so we can confirm the account is yours. In the game, go to Settings, tap Customer Support, then Copy Support ID.
