Delete Your Account

This page lets you request deletion of your Age of Aterra account and its associated data.

How to Request Deletion

1. Enter the email address associated with your Age of Aterra account in the form below.
2. Optionally add your in-game player name or any details that help us find your account.
3. Submit the request. It goes directly to our support team at support@greenbeecreative.io.
4. We’ll confirm the request via your account email and delete your account and data within 90 days.

You can also email us directly at support@greenbeecreative.io with the subject “Account Deletion Request” from your account email address.

What Data Is Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently delete:

• Your account credentials and linked sign-in identifiers (email, Google, Apple, or other linked providers)
• Your player profile, including player name and avatar
• All game progress, inventory, and in-game purchases tied to your account
• Your in-game chat messages and social connections (friends, alliances)

What Data Is Kept

Some data may be retained after account deletion:

• Purchase and transaction records, retained as required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance
• Support correspondence related to your request, retained for up to 12 months
• Anonymized analytics data that is not linked to your identity

Account deletion is completed within 90 days of a confirmed request and cannot be undone.
