• Account information. When you create or link an account using a sign-in provider (Google, Apple, or Discord), we receive your email address and a provider account identifier. We never receive your passwords for those services.
• Player profile and game data. Your player name, avatar, game progress, inventory, battle history, and similar gameplay state, stored on our servers so your progress is saved across devices.
• Purchase records. When you make an in-app purchase, Apple or Google processes the payment. We receive a record of the transaction (what was purchased and when) but never your payment card details.
• Chat and social data. Messages you send in in-game chat and your social connections, such as guild membership.
• Device and technical data. Device model, operating system, language, IP address, crash logs, and gameplay analytics used to keep the game stable, fair, and fun.

We do not collect precise geographic location, and we do not access your contacts, calendar, photos, or messages.

How We Use Your Information

• Operating the game and saving your progress across devices
• Processing and delivering your purchases
• Providing customer support and responding to your requests
• Keeping the game fair — detecting cheating, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service
• Sending service communications about your account or important game changes
• Understanding how the game is played so we can improve it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not allow advertising companies to collect data through the game for ad targeting.

How We Share Information

We share personal information only in these circumstances:

• With service providers who help us run the game — such as cloud hosting, analytics, and email delivery — who may use it only to provide services to us
• With platform partners (Apple and Google) as needed to process purchases and operate the app on their stores

• As part of a business transition such as a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information

Remember that anything you post in public or shared spaces, such as in-game chat or leaderboards, can be seen by other players.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from our account deletion page. Confirmed deletion requests are completed within 90 days.

After deletion, we may retain purchase and transaction records as required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance, along with anonymized analytics data that is not linked to your identity.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights by:

We will respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Children

We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has provided us personal information without parental consent, contact us at support@greenbee.games and we will delete it.

Data Storage and International Transfers

Information we collect may be stored or processed on servers located in any country where we or our service providers do business. If you access the game from outside those countries, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different data protection standards, and we take steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this policy.

We use administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we work hard to protect your data and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects your information.
